I spent years seeing client after client, doing meaningful work, and still wondering why it never felt financially sustainable. Then I returned to something I'd learned early in my career — the intensive model — and everything changed.

In my first year running therapy intensives full-time, I crossed six figures. The team I worked with generated almost $1 million through intensives alone.

I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years specializing in trauma. In addition to my intensive practice, I've spent years facilitating retreats and coaching high-level leaders. That work deepened my belief that immersive, focused experiences produce breakthroughs that weekly sessions simply can't replicate.

But the thing that transformed my practice wasn't a new certification or more clinical hours — it was a better model. One that lets me do my best work, with the clients I love, without burning out.
